Are You Emotional?             To tell the truth, being a teenager is not easy. As teenagers, we’ve encountered good and poor emotions. One second, we can feel really happy and the next suffer from depression. Many teenagers feel the same way.             “I feel that there is a lot of pressured and stress among these few years that are to come. The future is in our hands. The teen year is where all the decisions and the future are shaped from.” ~ Quote Noskillztoday             “Yes, I feel one thing and then another the next moment, I don’t know why that happens. May be because of the atmosphere that makes me feel happy one moment and then irritated the next or it could just be me.” ~ Quote Tarou.Depression:            Depression can occur in many ways. It can be caused from one thing or combination of many. About 16% of Americans have experienced depression in their lifetime. Women usulay have a higher risk of getting depression. In fact, women experience depression twice more than men. This is due to puberty, menstruation and pregnancy. Men, on the other hand have less risks of getting depressed. But their suicide rate because of depression is four times than men. This is because they don’t seek for help. Here are some causes:

-          Family history-          Relationships-          Financial problems-          Death of your love                                    -          Low self-esteem-          Disorders-          Medical conditions 

Warning:

-          Crying-          Avoid friends or family-          Eating disorders-          Don’t feel like doing anything-          Avoid from their intestes

 Stress:             Stress can starts from very tiny little things and builds up to large problems. It is the feeling where most teens are encountering today. It can all start with losing someone you loved, school, homework, or pressure. Stress can lead to worrying, sadness and more. To end feeling stressed out, a very good way to treat it is to get a plethora of sleeps and rest. While people are playing online games and video games, you can get into your pajamas and fall alseep. You can also stay away from troublesome friendships or talk to a close friend or adult about what you are stressing about. It really helps!   Loneliness:Loneliness is when you feel your inside is empty. You think no ones cares for you. You feel like there is a wall between you and your friends and family. In other words, you feel isolated.  “I always feel lonely for some reason. I don’t know why but, I always feel that I don’t fit in and that no one notice me.” Quote Smile To prevent being lonely, a good way is to find something to do. You can start a hobby. If you miss someone from far away, you can call, or email them. Jealousy:             Have you ever felt like you want whatever your friends have? Well, you just experince jealousy. It’s like your friend got the newest and most poplar cell phone and the second you know it you want it babdly. “Yes, I always feel like getting what others have. It’s like I feel left out and I don’t fit in if I don’t have the proper attire or what everyone else has.” quote Smile To deal with jealous, all you have to do is to think in the bright side. Try to spend less time  For parents: If you see your kid looking different or acts unnormal, ask what happened. Be there when they need you. Try to listen to what they have to say and give them advice  For teens:  Most teens that encountered emotional problemsm they hide it inside their heart and don’t tell anyone.   “I usually just keep it inside me and bear on it for sometome ot at some times I would take it on someone.” Quote Tarou The best way to deal with your emotional problems is to talk with someone.Examples, a close adult, friends or siblings.
