Have you ever been threatened by a gang? Research shows that gangs had threatened over 500 junior high students and high school students. Research shows that when these students are threatened they end up joining the gang because they don’t want to get hurt. Gangs hurt and kill people. Then they end up in jail. This is why gangs are awful and they should be stopped.

The president of America say’s that gang have hacked into the US Communications and has become physically powerful and violent, and very active since they hacked into the U.S. communications.

Did you know that a gang threatens over 50% of kids every day? Which means that over 75% of kids are threaten by a gang.

“ The president says that over 60% of children in America are in a gang”. Which leads to more children getting hurt.

Some people think that gangs are a good thing, and their right. But gangs now teach children to kill innocent people and smoke. Which means that when this kid reaches eighteen, he or she would have all ready went to jail.

In Los Angeles County, law enforcement officials are aware of more than 1300 street gangs with over 150,000 members. In the City of Los Angeles alone, there are approximately 407 gangs and over 56,000 members. Gang’s account for approximately 51% of all homicides in Los Angeles County. Of the 1156 homicides in 2001, 587 were gang-related. The majority of all gang homicides are committed with handguns.

A solution to this problem is to have a class that teaches children to not join gangs. As you can see this is why gangs should be eliminated.
