When the doors flung open

I ran from the car

Like a cheetah catching his prey

The room was dark as charcoal

I could only see darkness for miles

When my eyes caught the twinkle of a star

I was a mole digging through the ground

My ears only heard

The abrupt clicking of a chain

The cart budged little by little

Slowly the peak was reached and…

The cart plunged

I was an eagle swooping down for the kill

The emotion upon my face was none but excitement and joy

As the cart came to a stop

I slowly shifted my way off,

 And walked out the exit
