Chapter 07 - Summary Writing

In chapter 7 the beggining

In chapter 7 the beggining of the chapter Billy was going to his grandpa shop because he wanted him to help him set traps to catch a coon. His grandpa told him that he could use a brace to catch a coon, Billy didnt  believe him at the beggining but then he got into the topic. Then, the next day Billy decided to start the traps he set up 3 traps exactly how his grandpa told him. Everyday Billy woke up but no coon was in his traps, his dad told him that he gotta wait a week, Billy waited a week and finally caughted a coon when he found the coon his dogs started fighting with the coon. Last, his dog Old Dan was hurt and if it wasn't for Little Ann Old Dan would've been dead. Last, Billy started training his pups for the hunting season. He trained them well and noticed that little Ann was smarter because she was cautious. Last, Billy noticed they were trained and needed to rest. -Ailyn

Chapter 7 talks about that Billy goes to his grandpa store and he talks about the coon he wants to trap his grandpa told Billy that with a barace and a bit he could get a coon.Days has past and he does not see a coon in the trap but one day he sees a coon in the trap ,so he goes to his house and told hos mom and dad that he trap a coon his pups Old Dan and Little Ann were trying to fight the coon but the coon bite Old Dan.Finally his dad killed the coon.Billy was happy he trap his first coon.-Maria

In chapter 7 Billy has his pups, he wants a coon skin to train them how to hunt. He goes to Grandpa for advice on how to catch a coon and Grandpa tells him an old trick that he used to do when he was a boy. Billy thinks Grandpa is joking with him, but finally, Billy sees he is serious. Billy makes fourteen traps just like Grandpa said and sets them all. The next morning, he is almost positive there will be coons caught in the traps, but there aren't. Papa suggests that Billy wait a few more days for his scent to be gone and then to check. Billy does this and still there are no coons. finally he gets a coon and starts to train his dog.

Primarily what happen in chapter 7 what, Billy went to his gandpa shop to ask him if he could help him set up traps for coons. Next Billys grandpa told me that he could use a brace to catch a coon but Billy didnt belive him his grandpa at the begingin. then the next moring Billy set up 3 traps like that he could catch a coon he put the 3 traps closed to the lake then next morning Billy wakes up he finds out that theres no coon. then his papa told billy that he has to wait a week to catch a coon.  So days were pasing then finally he caught one then the fight was on Old Dan and little Ann were fighting with the coon the both got hurt. next Billy decide to train his his dogs to catch a coons.
