yelled back. Erick is just one of the many children that have become so addicted to videogames. That is not good because it is interfering in their life and that is not good because there are many causes to it like for example their behavior changes from doing what he/she supposed to do to horrible behavior and it has to change.
In addition, did you know that most children who have video games in their house are getting addicted to them? However, being addicted to video games has negative results.
Violent video games
Video games that children are getting addicted to might be violent and violent video games are worse than any other is. It is not good for children to be addicted to violent video games because many times there is a difference in behavior. For example, that child might fight in school, become rude and do not do their best in school, as they used to before their obsession with video games. For example, a violent video game might be one that includes, fighting, wrestling scenes that children now love that may change that Childs behavior like him/her starts fighting and being bad like video games.
Video Games are Addictive and It Won't Stop .
According to Dr. Charles, Dr. Charles is a doctor/expert on Video games. He says "video games are addictive because the children want to see their skills in what they are playing and want to get to the highest level and stress there self out''. Scientists also say, "Parents should make their children do other activities other than video games because it is causing children consequences from playing a lot of video games it isn't good so they should start activities or get told to do other activities.
What children think about video games
Erick 10 is addicted to video games. When I interviewed him, he said, "he does have other activities but he does not like doing those activities like baseball basketball dodge ball and more." I also asked him "why" he and he explained that he plays because he thinks it is fun for example killing, games fighting games, wrestling things like that. Then I asked him how many hours does he play daily. He responded," "I play three hours after I finish my h.w." I think that children should not play video games at that age because it can change an affect in his/her behavior and is interfering in his/her life because of those rated video games and how much time they have been playing the games.
Because of video game addiction
Any one, who is addicted to video games, does not do enough physical activities. Also only, for so many hours may develop health problems because everyone has to do some physical activities in their lifetime, so because of children addiction to it they forget about everything else and focus on the levels of games they reach which is not good without stopping to a break.
How can parents help?
Parents can help by stop buying him / her video games that are extreme and taking away the bad ones too. I believe those many at parents should not buy no more video games if this continues also parents should be the responsible people and talk to their child about the causes of what can happen of so much violent games so it should stop being so addicted.
